Lemon Lime and Watercress Juice

The power of this juice! A great blood builder, and immune system strengthening juice. Here is what we have, well at least what I can recall that went into it:

Ingredients
2 spinach leaves

6 cos lettuce leaves

a bunch of watercress

1 lemon

1 lime

1 clove of garlic

fresh gel of aloe vera plant

slice of ginger

red cabbage (large slice)

3 carrots

1/4 green capsicum

Watercress is a Highly nutritious vegetable. A great blood builder, high amounts of Chlorophyll and Vitamin A and Calcium. Helps to prevent or fight cancer. Assists with bad breath too. This juice has a lot of healing properties in it mainly due to the watercress, Aloe Vera gel, lemon, lime and garlic. Amazing and tastes refreshing too. I could not taste the garlic in this one at all!

Orange Juice with a hint of Ginger by Zen Man

A great tasting orange juice. Add the slice of ginger and you have a lovely refreshing summer orange juice.

Ingedients:

5 oranges

1 slice of ginger

(This makes a LARGE orange juice – good  for two people)

Benefits:

Orange is great for the digestion as is ginger!

COS I CAN – Cos Lettuce Juice with ginger

COS I CAN is named this simply, because I can! No seriously, it is named this due to the fact that they main ingredient is Cos Lettuce – which has tons of chlorophyll, Vitamins A, C and Iron too :) The juice has the following ingredients:

6 Cos Lettuce Leaves
2 Spinach Leaves
1 apple
1 large carrot
1 slice of ginger
and a whole lotta love :)

Spinach Plum and Parsley Juice YUMMY!

4 spinach leaves
1 plum
1 apple
4 carrots
2 sprigs parsley
3 beet top leaves

A great juice to cleanse and build the blood. Rich in Chlorophyll, Vitamin A, iron and C. A juice to help improve your night-vision and better still, it tastes AWESOMELY DELICIOUS!!!

Aloe Vera, Garlic and Ginger BOMB Juice. A healing anti viral, anti-bacterial juice

A highly potent juice for wiping out any trace of a viral infection (Colds/flu etc). PLUS an unexpected ‘visitor’ calls and has a chat. This juice is NOT for the good taste – rather this is to give the immune system a lighting bolt boost. The Aloe Vera, garlic, radish and ginger will kick the smithereens out of any possibility of a cold/flu coming on.

A juice best taken in the afternoon (save from smelling of garlic) However, take ANY time if you have a cold/flu coming on. Use the gel inside the Aloe Vera leaf  – scrape with knife. Do not take too much Aloe Vera Gel – it can cause diarrhea if you have too much. Gel of the aloe Vera from one leaf was fine for me.

Amethyst Breakfast Healing Juice

A juice with a difference. Want to start your day on a positive note? Get rid of negativity? This juice may be for you. An Amethyst crystal is placed at the bottom of the juice glass and the healing vibrations of this stone are released into the juice. Drink slowly and with care and do not swallow crystal.

Radish Ginger Lemon Delight

A “peppery” flavoured, pink coloured detox pick-me-up juice with a real kick to it. A great refreshing summer juice to take if you’ve have had a big night. Or even a great juice in Winter to warm you up.

2 raddish
2 carrots
3 beet tops
3/4 inch beetroot
2 apples
3/4 inch ginger
1/4 lemon

1/2 small lemon

Living In The Moment and Juicing (Apple carrot, celery and Mint

Ingredients
1 apple
3 carrots
2 celery stalks and leaves
leaves off 1 stick of mint
some love :)

Benefits: great for clearing out unwanted fats and cholesterol from your arteries (The Mint helps with this action) – a great detoxify too.

Avocado and Blueberry Smoothie and Anti-ageing Facial

I normally do the juices – however, after seeing this one on TV, I thought I would give it a try myself.  So it’s kind of a smoothie and a facial – at the same time. And this is exactly what I do – put it on my face and inside my stomach. REALLY GREAT tasting. And it made my skin so soft, refreshed and revitalised afterwards. Used as a remedy for ulcers and known to beautify the skin.

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 cup of blueberrys

1 tbsp of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.

Place in blender and BINGO – you have a  dessert treat AND a facial all at the same time :)

Benefits:

Blueberries have tons of antioxidants in them – great for anti aging and to fight the free radicals inside your body. Avocado  is great for the liver and lubricates the lungs and the intestines. Avocado is rich in copper which aids the red blood cells. A great protein source for nursing mothers too!
